You don't need any specific qualifications to become a Jiggy Wrigglers franchisee. Sessions are fast-paced, upbeat and fun, so enthusiasm and energy is a must. You should:
- Be enthusiastic about children and babies, and playing a part in their learning journey
- Enjoy music and singing
- Be a friendly, natural communicator
- Be confident and positive, with a sense of fun
- Be caring and thoughtful, and feel empathy towards others
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Have access to your own vehicle
- Have a sense of humour
Jiggy Wrigglers offers full, comprehensive training and ongoing support, covering everything from how to organise your first groups through to effective
advertising and public relations and record keeping. Easy to follow, fun-packed session plans are provided.
The Franchise Manual contains group and party plans, and nursery demonstration plans, with tips to ensure the success of each song and activity.
Before you attend the two-day course, you will receive an information pack to help you get the most out of your training.
While franchisees can choose to run all their classes themselves, employing staff members to work alongside them, or as leaders, is often a good option
as their businesses grow. All leaders must be trained, in-house, at head office to ensure that all Jiggy Wrigglers sessions are delivered in a consistent manner and within the brand guidelines.
