Training

An initial 2-week training programme is provided. New franchise partners will spend a week at the head office facility to learn all aspects of the business and will then spend the following week in a Pitman Training Centre, working alongside Pitman staff and interacting with students! Essentially, learning on the job.

Pitman Training Group provides full centre, sales and marketing, supervisor and student support training and course awareness through a mixture of presentations, one to one training and webinars.
